Services Not Offered

Services Not Provided by Always Home Residential Assisted Living Facility

(Multi-Unit & Group Home Divisions)

To ensure transparency and help families make the best care decisions, it’s important to understand the scope of services offered in an unlicensed residential assisted living setting.

Always Home Residential Assisted Living (Multi-Unit & Group Home Division) does not provide skilled nursing services, continuous medical care, or clinical treatments that require licensed medical oversight. Services such as 24/7 nursing care, complex medical procedures, or intensive medical monitoring must be provided through licensed skilled nursing facilities or healthcare providers.

Our focus is on non-medical support, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), housing, meals, social engagement, and wellness support. We encourage families to carefully consider their loved one’s medical needs and consult healthcare professionals to determine the most appropriate level of care.

When you inquire about our services, we take the time to begin a individualized service care plan that will help you understand the level of care your loved one needs and clearly explain what we can and cannot offer. Our goal is to guide families with honesty, compassion, and clarity—so you can choose the care setting that best supports your loved one’s health, safety, and quality of life.

As we grow, Always Home is preparing to introduce skilled nursing facilities to meet higher levels of care when needed.
